Al Swearengen T-Shirt rock icon OTTO PREMINGER T-SHIRTAL SWEARENGEN T SHIRT A classic Deadwood t shirt available in black cotton. The Al Swearengen T Shirt is inspired by Ian McShane's starring role in the classic HBO series Deadwood. McShane portrayed Al Swearengen, the foul mouthed and murderous proprietor of the Gem Saloon. Although largely fictionalised in the series, the character was inspired by Ellis Alfred Swearengen who opened the first Gem Variety Theater and Dance Hall in Deadwood in 1877.
