2023 Fumey Chatelain Arbois 'No Sin Tou Tsefs', Jura, France I Pentri which equates to around 8No Sin Tou Tsefs 2021 is a blend of all the red varieties grown across the estate, with the expection of the esteemed Trousseau la Dame used in the Le Bastard cuve. The Pinot Noir is processed using whole bunches, while the Poulsard and Trousseau are fully de stemmed. Every component is vinified and aged separately, with macerations lasting approximately 18 20 days.
