Private Anthony Vaiksnoras received his art education at the Cleveland School of Art. His paintings were exhibited at the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Butler Art Institute in Youngstown, Ohio and the Carnegie Museum National Show in 1940. Sometime later, Vaiksnoras enlisted in the U.
