Decanted and poured, the color is deep black with a maroon rim. Little signs of age visually as the wine is still very concentrated in color. Crme de cassis, balsamic vinegar, and waves of big vanilla on the nose. There is also slight vegetable notes like raw celery in the high note. The nose is intense and wafts out of the glass at
