WW1. 1914-15 star trio. Hill. A.S.C./Durham L.I.. POW This is a low mintageThe star is impressed S4 043964 PTE I. T. E. HILL. A. S. C.. The BWM and victory show his rank as CPL. He entered France on 23 9 15 and served with field bakeries. He later served with the Durham Light Infantry, 1 8th battalion, number 88908, and he was reported missing on 15 7 1918. He was reported as a released POW on 23 1 19 and discharged on 23 2 19. The medals are GVF, the ribbons original and somewhat tatty.
