This is a very good example of a genuine Canadian manufactured Mark II steel helmet, dated 1941 on the shell, complete with a brown helmet net. It comes with the correct dark OD green satin paint used on Canadian helmets, which has only some light wear on the stainless steel rim. The stamping on the underside of the rim reads: G. S. W. R MK I 1941 G. S. W. stands for General Steel Wares and Aluminum Goods of Toronto,
