I might guess this piece is quite an early one

I personally think this Brontosaurus is the best of the lot

with light toning/soiling along old fold lines

The giraffe has jointed legs as well as nails for horns and tail (painted with the same pattern detail as the rest of him)

I've seem them described both as toy balls for children and as carnival or juggling balls I'm not entirely sure which is the case, but I think they're gorgeous and the softened but radiant well worn red and yellow on this one especially so.
