I find this cafe scene of mother and son pretty charming

I love the shape of the silver pulls at the center of each of the five drawers

The images here are a bit yellow-pinker than the actual drawing

with the rope carved in the round as it snakes across the top of the anchor

On the underside is a metal plate which allows it to stay upright on the water (and it does indeed float)

Very early 20th century I'd think, and in a nice brass mount, which has kept it in great condition. What a perfect gift for your favorite farmer, or to pin proudly to your coveralls before heading out to the garden! Some aging to the brass and to the back side, but still bright and shiny and in great shape. 1 1 2" in diameter.
