This is a very nice condition Japanese WWII tropical issue lightweight cotton Naval Landing Forces petty officer's forage cap. Features the classic four eyelet string closure to the back and a yellow embroidered Naval Landing Forces anchor with a cherry blossom to the front. There is a single black band around the bottom of the cap, and no wreath under the anchor, indicating that the wearer is a petty officer NCO.
