This one I found in Pennsylvania and find super curious

There is a small loss to the pool of peas and a crack visible only from the backside

It seems possible it was a school exercise

Really excellent condition

clearly the watercolors portray proposed costumes for members of the Brown family in a play--though what play I am not sure

1953 Ship in a Jar with American Flag 1876 drawings This one I found inFinally, a ship in a bottle the making of which I can completely understand! This one endeared itself to me for exactly that reason no great magic required to get that little boar n there! Nice choice of jar with red rim too, which, in combination with the yellow painted sides of the wooden boat make it quite a cheerful thing, with a nice hand drawn (looks like crayon) paper flag waving on high, too. Happy. 4" t x 3 1 4" w and in very good condition.
