These type of collar tabs were worn by political leaders of the Ustasha movement

It has come directly from a Canadian Second War family whose relative gathered a few different badges during the war period

all documents are in excellent

Arney was employed as a Machinist with Montreal Locomotive Works

and on the 14th of August 1889

Two First War American Service Medals Newly Listed These type of collar tabsFirst World War Victory Medal, 1 Clasp WHITE SEA (bronze gilt, 36 mm); and Connecticut World War Service Medal 1917 1918 (bronze, 32. 8 mm, original ribbon with brooch pinback). Un mounted, scattered gilt wear on the former medal, better than very fine and extremely fine, respectively. (C: 41)
