On the back there is an indecipherable name, possibly Bouske. It also informs that the picture shows the political leader in Holland. The uniformed man in the front and center is Martin Seidel (18981945), SA Oberfhrer and representative for the province of Northern Holland for the Reichskommissar between 1940 and 1942.
