Constructed of field grey rayon, the obverse overlaid by a black oval disc bearing a central elongated mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of TREUE TAPFER GEHORSAM (LOYAL BRAVE OBEDIENT), all situated within an oval laurel wreath, unmarked, measuring 90 mm (w) x 100 mm (h), demonstrating minor soiling, in unissued and near mint condition.
