Constructed of silver, consisting of an eight pointed star with multiple quills between the arms of the cross, with an oval central medallion in Gold with a blue enameled field bearing the Coat of Arms in Gold, surrounded by a red enameled ring, the reverse plain, with a central medallion maker marked by Boullanger of Paris, France,
