A Maltese Cross constructed of gilded silver with a multi faceted surface and dual ball finials, with five multi faceted rays in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the obverse with a blue circular central medallion bearing a superimposed figure of St. Hermenegildo, surrounded by a white enameled ring inscribed Premio a la Constancia Militar, surrounded by a green
