A Cross Patte with white enameled arms, with rays emanating from the center and with silver crossed swords in the quadrants in between the arms of the cross, the obverse with a dark blue enameled central medallion bearing the Serbian Coat of Arms in multi coloured enamels, surrounded by a white enameled ring circumscribed in Serbian script, the reverse with a dark red enameled central
